针对某钢厂2250热连轧机组的轧制工艺条件,对热轧过程中超低碳钢直角和倒角坯角部变形和温度分布进行了研究,得出不同轧制条件下倒角坯形状变化规律,给出了不同轧制位置处温度分布的变化曲线,并对比了倒角坯和直角坯温度分布和角部变形特点.研究结果表明倒角坯角部形状遗传到精轧之前,并且倒角坯角部温度在轧制过程中变化更为均匀,对精轧角部变形更为有利,从而改善热轧带钢边直裂缺陷,为边直裂研究提供理论基础.
