制备出具有不同截面弯曲程度的C形碳化硅纤维,研究了其电磁参数和吸波性能.制备的C形纤维是介电损耗材料,随着纤维截面弧度增加,纤维的介电常数和损耗角正切值减小,其中弧度为240°的纤维表现出较大的介电常数实部.随着纤维截面弧度增加,材料吸收峰向高频移动,并且在高频的吸收峰高及吸波频宽皆相应增加.
