总结了电镀项目的污染特征。依据电镀污染物排放标准,探讨了废水、废气和固体废物污染防治措施。介绍了估算第一类污染物源强和酸雾源强的方法。指出环评中必须进行环境风险识别并提出有针对性的风险防范措施和应急预案,将电镀项目的环境影响程度降至最低。

The pollution characteristics of eletroplating projects were summarized. The pollution prevention measures for wastewater, waste gas, and solid wastes were discussed according to pollutant emission standards for electroplating industry. The methods about how to estimate source intensity of first class pollutant and acid fog were introduced. It was pointed out that the environmental risks must be identified in environmental impact assessment and in which targeted risk prevention measures and emergency plans should be proposed to reduce the environmental impact of electroplating project to the minimum.
