在实测热连轧支承辊磨损辊形的基础上,采用分割法,沿支持辊轴向把辊身分成均匀的等分,建立了热连轧支承辊磨损辊形数学模型,该模型根据带钢的轧制工艺参数可以及时地计算出支承辊在线磨损辊形。从与现场收集的支承辊磨损辊形数据的对比中可以得出,该模型对支承辊的预报磨损辊形与实际磨损辊形很接近,具有较高的实用性。

The wear model for backup roll on wide hot strip tanderm mills was developed by dividing the barrel into uniform slices on the basis of measured contours of worn backup rolls. This model is able to calculate contour of online worn backup rolls according to rolling parameters on time. The results of application indicate that the model is accurate to predict the real wear of backup roll comparing the calculated and actual wear contours.
