Simulation and analysis of thermally-induced stress in low temperature co-fired ceramic substrate of MCM

对MCM低温共烧多层布线陶瓷基板的两种典型布线模式在温度急剧变化条件下的应力场进行了计算机模拟,并分析了两种模型下的应力分布特点及差异.
