以高温固相反应法合成了复合氧化物陶瓷SrCe0.9Ho0.1O3-α. 粉末XRD结果表明,该陶瓷样品为单一斜方相钙钛矿型结构. 采用交流阻抗谱和氢浓差电池方法研究了样品在600~1000 ℃下湿润氢气中的质子导电性能. 结果表明,在氢气气氛中600~1000 ℃范围,陶瓷样品质子迁移数约为1,几乎是一个纯质子导体,质子电导活化能为61.0 kJ·mol-1,最大质子电导率为1.6×10-2 S·cm-1,该样品在此实验条件下还具有良好的化学稳定性.
