运用MARC有限元软件对宽带钢拉伸弯曲矫直变形过程进行大量工况的数值仿真计算,然后应用逐步回归法对数值仿真计算结果数据进行拟合,获得带钢在拉伸弯曲矫直变形中伸长率和张力与各个相关设备及工艺参数的关系数学模型。将在宝钢酸轧机组的拉矫机上实测记录的有关数据代入所建模型,计算所得的伸长率和张力值与生产实际数据吻合良好。所建模型已用于对此拉矫机工艺参数设定值的优化调整。

The deformation of wide steel strip during tension leveling was simulated by MARC software based on large numbers of operation date.The mathematic model to predict stress and elongation under different conditions of tension leveling was established by means of stepwise regression.The data calculated agreed with actual data and this model is used to optimize technical parameters of tension leveller.
