以结晶氯化铝(AlCl3·6H2O)和正硅酸乙酯((C2H5O)4Si)为原料,通过溶胶凝胶法制备前驱体,经过高温煅烧制备出莫来石亚微米粉体.主要研究了溶胶凝胶过程中催化剂的含量和柠檬酸的含量对莫来石粉体微观形貌的影响.研究发现,通过调节溶胶中钨酸铵和柠檬酸的含量,可以控制莫来石的微观形貌,得到一维结构的莫来石晶粒.利用热差分析仪(TG-DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRd)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)对莫来石粉体的物相及成分进行表征,并对微观形貌的形成机理进行了探讨.
