采用辉光放电离子溅射法成功地将稀土元素Ce,La和氮元素以较高浓度渗入纯铁.使用金相、电子探针及透射电子显微镜(TEM和HRTEM)等实验方法对试样进行了分析.结果表明,由于稀土元素的作用,在渗层暗区以下使氮元素主要以不完全6H类型的高层结构间隙相γ'(Fe_4N)的形式存在,并与基体间近似符合K-S关系,界面共格较好.与仅渗氮样品的对比表明,稀土元素明显促进氮元素的渗入并促使氮元素分布曲线峰值向Fe基体内部推移.除以上作用外,稀土元素还在α-Fe中生成金属间化合物(Ce,La)Fe,与基体间有如下近似取向关系
An investigation has been made on the microstructure of the surface layer in pure iron ion-nitrided with RE(rare earth) ions (Ce~+, La~+). Analysis by EPMA shows that the peak value of distribution of nitrogen element inside the pure iron with ion RE-nitridation is about 100 μm deeper than that with ion nitridation. Investigations by SAED and HRTEM show that the γ'(Fe_4N) phase exists as the uncomplete 6H type long period structure due to the effect of RE elements. There is a near K-S orientation relationship between a-Fe and γ' phase.
