以聚乙烯(PE)薄膜为基材,通过表面处理,采用聚乙撑二氧噻吩(PEDOT)制备导电涂料,利用丝杠涂布制备了在可见和中远红外都有较高透过率的透明导电薄膜.利用可见分光光度计、红外光谱仪(IR)、四探针等分析PE导电薄膜的透光性和导电性.结果表明,表面改性有效提高导电层溶液的铺展性;当紫外光固胶CBU225质量分数为20%,导电层溶液中含有质量分数5%二甲基亚砜时,制备的PE导电薄膜表面电阻为8640Ω,在550nm的透过率为75.8%,红外透过率最高.
