采用双螺杆挤出法,制备了衣康酸接枝乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(ITA-g-POE)。形成的新弹性体的红外谱图上有接枝单体ITA的特征峰,即POE接枝上ITA。考虑引发剂半衰期随温度的变化,为保证充分反应,必须控制螺杆转速使停留时间在60 s~120 s之间的接枝温度为180℃,螺杆转速200 r/min。分别增大单体ITA含量和引发剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)含量,接枝物的接枝率及熔体流动性先增加后下降,这些是DCP分解及引发接枝、交联和ITA自聚等多因素共同作用使然;最佳的配比是m(POE)/m(ITA)/m(DCP)=100/2/0.25。

Itaconic acid(ITA)grafted ethylene-1-octene copolymer(POE) was prepared by melt reactive extrusion in twin-screw extruder.Infrared spectroscopy and chemical titration analysis show that ITA is grafted to POE molecular chains by chemical bond.The correlated processing conditions on the grafting reaction were the content of the monomer ITA and the content of initiator dicumyl peroxide(DCP) as well as the screw rotation.The grafting rate and the melt flow rate of POE-g-ITA were increased and then decreased with increasing the contents of ITA,DCP and shear rate.The values of temperature and screw speed were chosen for effective reaction time in 60 s~120 s.The complex variations in grafting effects are due to the competition among DCP-induced grafting and crosslinking as well as ITA-polymerization by DCP degradation.The optimum conditions for highest grafting rate are m(POE)/m(ITA)/m(DCP)=100/2/0.25,reaction temperature 180 ℃ for obtaining POE-g-ITA.
