综述了碳纳米管增强铜基复合材料的预处理和制备方法,探讨了复合材料的组织、力学性能与摩擦学性能、电学性能和热学性能;最后指出了碳纳米管增强铜基复合材料今后的研究方向。
The pretreatment and preparation methods for carbon nanotube reinforced copper matrix composite is summarized, and the microstructure, mechanical properties, tribological properties, electrical properties and thermal properties of the composite is discussed. At last, it is pointed that the research direction for the carbon nanotube reinforced copper matrix composite in future.
