研究了钛表面Ni-P合金镀层的热处理工艺,通过分析镀层的表面形貌及物相组成,探讨了热处理温度等关键因素对Ni-P合金镀层硬度的影响。研究结果表明,在300℃热处理时,电镀时间为1 h的镀层中只有Ni5 P4相和Ni,无Ni3 P相,电镀时间为2 h和3 h的镀层中仅有少量的Ni3 P相;在400℃热处理时,镀层均由大量Ni3 P相和微量Ni组成;400℃热处理后的镀层硬度高于镀态和300℃热处理后的硬度;电镀时间为2 h,热处理温度为400℃时, Ni-P镀层硬度最高,维氏硬度达到8938 MPa。
The effect of heat treatment temperature on Ni-P coating hardness was investigated by analyzing the surface morphology and phase composition of the coating .The results show that , after heat treatment at 300 ℃, the coating is constitute of Ni5 P4 and Ni when electroplated for 1 h and the coating contain only a small amount of Ni 3 P when the electroplating time is 2 h and 3 h.After heat treatment at 400 ℃, the coating is constitute of a large amount of Ni 3 P and trace amounts of Ni .The hardness of Ni-P coating after heat treatment at 400 ℃is higher than heat treatment at 300 ℃and non-treatment condition . When the electroplating time is 2 h the Vickers-hardness of the coating is 8 938 MPa after heat treatment at 400 ℃.
