研究了含酰胺基的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮模型分子调制下碳酸钙的体外仿生结晶.4h后在XRD上存在24.8°和27.1°衍射峰且在FTIR上观察到745cm-1和1490cm-1峰,表明聚乙烯吡咯烷酮能稳定碳酸钙的亚稳相,球霰石的存在时间从20min延长到4h.SEM研究表明,存在l~5μm的球霰石聚集微球,说明碳酸钙的结晶不是一步完成的,还包括随后的转变和组织.该模型体系的研究对于理解生物矿物机制和底端向上策略合成功能无机材料具有重要意义.
