借助热重分析仪研究了高速钢轧辊工作层材料在500℃、650℃、800℃下于空气中的恒温氧化行为,得到了高速钢在不同温度下的恒温氧化动力学曲线.利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射分析仪、扫描电镜对高速钢的金相组织、恒温氧化产物及其形貌进行了分析,并对高速钢的氧化机理进行了分析.结果表明:高速钢试样在500℃恒温氧化2 h,氧化速率缓慢;在650℃恒温氧化2h,氧化速率略有增大;在800℃恒温氧化2h,氧化速率剧增,并伴有明显的氧化膜开裂现象.氧化动力学曲线均为直线型.
