实验测试了经热环化处理后聚酰亚胺膜的红外谱图,分析处理温度和时间对其酰亚胺化程度的影响.并用紫外-可见光分析仪测试该薄膜的光学性能.结果表明,经过低温长时和高温短时的2个阶段热酰亚胺化处理程序(第1阶段:80℃~90℃,2 h;第2阶段:380℃~400℃,3 min~5 min),可以提高大分子活性,同时降低副反应配合物的稳定性,加速酰亚胺化过程.所制备的聚酰亚胺膜,可见光区域透过率和光敏感度高,可用作柔软太阳能电池的底板.
