直流恒压条件下,酸性溶液中铝的阳极氧化会形成多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO).其孔径为纳米级且分布均匀,纵横比大,是合成一维纳米材料的理想模板.本文综述了AAO的结构模型、制备方法、形成机理及其应用热点.
