本文提出准液态水的概念,将多孔陶瓷的表面成分和气孔分布对阻湿特性的影响分别归结于准液态水的电阻率和浓度的改变。根据Grotthuss 质子传输机制,采用混合相的观点,理论上推出阻湿关系方程式,解释了多孔陶瓷湿度传感器的阻湿特性。
