纳米晶材料是目前材料科学与工程领域中最具吸引力的材料之一.而非晶合金晶化法是纳米晶材料的主要制备方法之一.本文综述了国内外非晶合金纳米晶化的主要方法和研究动态,包括热致晶化、电致晶化、机械晶化和高压晶化等.并对各种方法的原理、特点、存在的问题以及最新进展进行了述评.同时介绍了清华大学在大块非晶合金高强脉冲电流晶化研究中取得的进展.
