测试了3种高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)二元共混物的低熔体流动速率(MFR)、表观黏度曲线、储能模量和损耗模量.结果表明,随着低MFR组分含量x的增加,共混物的MFR逐渐下降.可用指数衰减函数拟合共混物的MFR-含量x关系曲线.当低MFR组分含量x增加时,3种共混物发生剪切变稀的角频率减小,同一角频率下黏度值逐渐增大.通过非线性拟合Maxwell模型的方法获得共混物HDPE 9641/5000S的松弛时间谱.在同一松弛模量下,HDPE 9641/5000S(1o/90,质量比)和HDPE 5000S松弛时间最长,HDPE 9641/5000S(50/50,质量比)居中,HDPE 9641最短.随着HDPE5000S在共混物中含量的增加,松弛时间谱曲线以短时区为轴心逆时针旋转,向长时区偏移.
