以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二聚酸聚酯多元醇(BY3022)、氢化端羟基聚丁二烯(氢化HTPB)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等原料合成了稳定的水性聚氨酯(WPU),并用FT-IR、SEM、DSC等手段对其结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明:随着氢化HTPB含量的增加,WPU乳液的平均粒径逐渐增大,胶膜表面的光泽逐渐降低,拉伸强度先增大后减小,硬段玻璃化转变温度提高,耐水性和耐热性能提高;当氢化HTPB含量为10%(占聚氨酯软段的质量分数,下同)时,胶膜拉伸强度最优,达到41 MPa,断裂伸长率达到600%;当氢化HTPB含量为50%时,胶膜表面光泽最低,可达亚光效果.
