采用液相喷雾造粒法将准微米Al_2O_3,TiO_2,纳米ZrO2颗粒团聚成微米粉体,并用等离子喷涂技术制备了含纳米颗粒的Al_2O_3-TiO_2-ZrO_2陶瓷涂层.在MM200型环块磨损试验机上进行了常温干摩擦试验,比较了含有纳米颗粒的Al_2O_3-TiO_2-ZrO_2涂层和传统Al_2O_3-TiO_2陶瓷涂层的耐磨损性能,并用扫描电镜观察磨损后的磨痕形貌.结果表明,含有纳米颗粒的涂层耐磨损性能明显优于传统的陶瓷涂层.
Quasi-micro-sized particulates of Al_2O_3 and TiO_2,together with nano-sized particulates of ZrO_2 were aggregated into micro-sized powders by using liquid-phase spraying and granulating.The granulated particulates were then plasma sprayed to fabricate Al_2O_3-TiO_2-ZrO_2 ceramic coating containing nano-sized particulates.The wear resistance of the resulting plasma sprayed ceramic coating was evaluated and compared with that of conventional Al_2O_3-TiO_2 coating using an MM-200 friction and wear tester.And the worn surfaces of the ceramic coatings were observed using a scanning electron microscope.Results show that the plasma sprayed Al_2O_3-TiO_2-ZrO_2 coating has much better wear resistance than conventional Al_2O_3-TiO_2 coating.
