采用SEM、EDS等分析手段研究了赤泥基胶凝材料的水化过程.结果表明,在低Ca/Si的赤泥基胶凝材料水化过程中,在Al对Si的取代作用下,桥[SiO_4]、[AlO_4]四面体数目逐渐增多,[Si(Al)O_4]结构单元聚合度逐渐增大,Si以Q~1、Q~2结构形式存在的C-S-H凝胶,逐渐转变为具有SiQ~2、SiQ~3和SiQ~4结构单元的(Na,Al)-C-S-H凝胶,从而使Na~+以化学吸附和化学固溶形式固化于水化产物中.

On the study of hydration process of red mud based cementitious materials by methods of SEM, EDS and so on, this paper discovered that in the low Ca/Si ratio cementitious materials, with the substitution of Al for Si during the hydration process, the polymerization degree of [SiO_4] tetrahedron and [AlO_4] tetrahedra will gradually increase with the process of the hydration. Consequently, the C-S-H gel in which Si exists in the form of SiQ~1 and SiQ~2 will gradually change into the (Na, Al)-C-S-H gel with the form of SiQ~2 , SiQ~3 and SiQ~4, which brings about solidification for Na~+ by chemical absorption and solid solution.
