随着矿业企业经营规模的扩大,资金管理成为企业管理的重中之重,如何有效实施资金管控,规避风险成为迫在眉睫需要解决的问题.以山东招金集团有限公司为例,阐述了矿业集团资金集中管理的必要性,资金集中管理运作流程,提出了资金集中管理实施过程中应注意的问题,可为其他矿业集团资金集中管理提供借鉴.
With the expanding of mining groups ,capital management has become the priority of enterprise man -agement.It is urgent to solve the problems of managing and controlling capital effectively to mitigate risks .Taking Shandong Zhaojin Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,this study not only elaborates the necessity of carrying out central -ized management of capital for mining groups ,operation process of centralized management of capital ,but also raises the issues that should be paid attention to in the implementation of centralized management of capital ,which might pro-vide references for other mining groups in centralized management of capital .
