优选出一种用于热水锅炉的复合缓蚀阻垢剂，对其缓 蚀阻垢机理进行了讨论，并评价了其缓蚀阻垢效果.
A kind of complex corrosion and scale inhibitor usin g to hot water boilers was proposed, the mechanism of inhibition and antiscale w as discussed, and its inhibition efficiency for corrosion and scale was evaluate d. At present work , metal material is 20# boiler steel manufactured by Bao-Gang, S hanghai and corrosion medium is water which is made according to water supplied by No.4 work shop, House Property Company, Dalian Port Office；the complex corro sion and scale inhibitor is made up sodium phosphate (2 mg/L), sodium hydrogen p hosphate (1 mg/L), acetoxime (0.09 mg/L) and aqueous ammonia (1.5 mg/L)；the inh ibition efficiency is higher than 96 %, and the antiscale efficiency is highe r than 78%. The experimental results indicate that this compoplex corrosion and scale inhibitor shows high efficiency, practical, and is applicable to the contr ol corrosion and deposit of scales of hot water boilers.
