以循环流化床锅炉循环灰为热载体、部分气化产生的半焦为锅炉燃料的煤的蒸汽-煤气联产技术中,降低焦油产率、提高煤气产率是一个努力方向.本文在固定床反应器实验台上以焦油的两种主要组份苯和甲苯为对象,实验研究了一种洗中煤形成的循环灰对焦油裂解的催化影响,测定了裂解反应动力学参数,探讨了循环灰对焦油裂解的催化机理.实验结果表明,与热裂解相比,循环灰条件下焦油裂解活化能下降,气态裂解产物总量提高.
