采用多步乳液聚合法合成了单分散性良好的中空乳胶粒,并采用粒径分析仪、粘度计、酸值测量、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外-可见光分光光度计(UV-Vis spectrophotometry)测量考察了交联单体用量对中空乳胶粒形态和遮盖性的影响.研究结果表明随着壳中交联单体用量的增加,乳胶粒强度增加,溶胀程度降低,空腔均匀性和表面平整性提高;且当交联单体用量<6%(质量分数)时,中空乳胶粒的遮盖性随着交联单体用量的增加而增加;交联单体用量>6%(质量分数)时,中空乳胶粒的遮盖性基本不变.交联单体的最佳用量为6%(质量分数).
