含Ge的P型FeSi2基热电材料的电阻率有较大的下降,但仍保持较高的热电动势率,其功率因子有很大的提高.但对于N型FeSi2基热电材料,Ge的引入使样品向P型转变,并引起电学性能变差.可见,Ge的引入可提高P型FeSi2基热电材料的电学性能,Fe0.91Cr0.09Si1.6Ge0.4的功率因子达到β-FeSi2的10倍左右.
