通过OM金相显微镜,SEM扫描电镜和XRD等手段研究了不同状态(铸态,挤压态,固溶态)Mg-5Sr-10Y中间合金的组织及其对AZ31组织细化效果.研究结果表明:所有的Mg-5Sr-10Y中间合金均由α-Mg,Mg17Sr2和Mg24Y5相组成,但是α相的形貌以及第二相的尺寸,数量和形态却各不相同,并最终导致对AZ31晶粒细化效果的不同;各种不同状态的中间合金均能有效细化AZ31镁合金,但细化效果却不同,挤压态中间合金对AZ31细化效果最好,其次是铸态,最后是固溶态;不同的细化效果主要与非均质形核和成分过冷有关,而与遗传效应无关.
