气-液膜接触器作为新型的非分散式的气-液接触设备,有望替代传统的分散式气-液接触设备.膜是气-液膜接触器的重要组成部分,其性能决定着气-液膜接触过程的分离效果.针对气-液膜接触器用膜材料,文中分析了弱疏水性膜材料用于气-液膜接触器的可行性.通过膜结构的优化和膜表面的疏水改性等方法可以提高膜的透气性能和膜表面的疏水性能,达到降低膜的传质阻力,提高气-液膜接触器的使用性能的目的.指出膜材料选择范围的扩大化、膜结构的最优化以及膜的疏水改性等方面是气-液膜接触器领域的主要研究方向.
