摘 要：分析了影响冷轧用SPHC钢中硅含量的因素，通过降低原料中SiO2含量、减少转炉下渣、减少连铸热态浇余回收量、控制精炼后期底吹氩气强度等措施的实施，降低硅含量效果显著。
Abstract:The main factors influencing silicon content were analyzed,through the practical measures to control silicon content that usage of the low SiO2 material,reducing amount of the ladle slag, reducing amount of hot steelmaking slag re-utilization in ladle furnace,controling bottom Ar-blowing stirring intensity at the end of refining period,the good result of low silicon content have been achiebed.
