针对超细晶钢金相图像中所特有的晶界模糊、晶界缺失等缺陷,提出了一种基于水域生长的图像复原处理方法.根据粘连晶粒形状不规则的形态特征,对粘连目标采用极限腐蚀、目标编号和反复膨胀的方法求取晶界以达到分离粘连晶粒,复原图像的目的.通过与人工图像复原效果对比表明,该方法对缺陷晶粒及其它缺陷目标具有很好的复原和再现效果.高效、便捷地解决了晶界模糊、晶界缺失等问题,为超细晶钢的定量金相分析提供了可靠依据.
