应用近年来发展起来的深度-敏感压痕技术研究了不同喷丸强度下某铝锂合金薄板的硬化层分布,并尝试采用Y.H.Lee模型计算确定了残余应力场沿板厚方向的分布特征.结果表明:提高喷丸强度可以减小塑性硬化层的梯度,从而获得更为均匀的表面强化层;而较高喷丸强度将引入更深的残余应力影响层和更大的残余压应力.
