本文简要介绍铜箔在180℃防氧化指标要求及防氧化工艺进展情况，设计了新的钝化液组成及工艺条件，获得了较为理想的铜箔180℃防氧化性能，并在生产中得到验证对相关性能进行了测定，并对防氧化机理进行了探讨。
The specification requirements of oxidation resistance of copper foil at 180℃ and the technological proceeding condition were briefly discussed. A new composition of passivating solution and conditions were suggested and verified to be effective for improving the oxidation resistance of copper foil.The mechanism of oxidation resistance was also discussed.
