本文采用X射线衍射、高分辨电镜和X射线光电子能谱仪对气相蒸发法所制备的Fe超微粒子的形态、组成、晶体结构和表面状态进行了研究。结果表明Fe超微粒子呈球形、直径大约20um,主要由心部的α-Fe和表面约4um厚的Fe_3O_4氧化物膜层所组成。并给出了超微粒子的高分辨点阵图象。
The constitution, stricture and surface state of the ultrafine iron paricles pre-pared by gas evaporation technique have been investigated by means of X-ray analysis, high-resolution electron microscopy (HREM) and electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA).The results showed that the fine paticles are spherical ones of～20nm in diameter with α-Fecores and covered by Fe_3O_4 fine crystalline layers of～4nm thickness.
