通过在Si3N4陶瓷与40Cr钢钎焊接头中放置软性中间层方法,可以有效地降低钎焊接头残余应力,提高钎焊接头强度.试验结果表明,薄软中间层材料以Nb为最好,其最佳厚度为80μm,400℃平均三点弯曲强度达到600MPa.本文提出了在钎焊接头中残余应力因子及其数学表达式.残余应力因子的计算值与测试的钎焊接头弯曲强度值是相吻合的.
