中厚板道次规划算法是中厚板过程控制技术的核心。比较了Siemens采用SQP算法、国内综合等储备方法以及简化的二次型规划算法。Siemens的SQP算法复杂,参数配置困难;综合等储备方法的算法较简单,但是对物理模型和边界条件要求较高,存在计算得不出结果的问题;简化的二次型规划算法相比其它2个算法稳定性和参数配置都比较容易,计算速度快。实践表明,该方法更适合工业现场的在线应用。

Pass schedule planning is the core for plate mill process control.In this article,SQP algorithm taken by Siemens,comprehensive storage function method developed by Liang Guo-ping and simplified quadratic programming method are discussed and compared.Of those,the simplified quadratic programming method is much more stable and has higher accuracy.Thus it is much more suitable for online control.
