以镍和高硬度微粒的复合沉积电镀层作为中间层,然后对中间层进行镀铬.电沉积后的材料表面凹坑呈随机分布,峰值密度很高,保持性、再现性优异,不受轧辊材质、硬度影响.试验结果表明:复合电沉积工艺中,镀液温度对试验结果的影响最大,电流密度对试验结果的影响次之.电流密度为5 A/dm2、镀液温度为50℃、镀液的pH值为4.8时,可以获得较大粗糙度.粗糙度Ra的范围为1.95~6.98 μm.从电子扫描显微照片上可以看出,电镀微粒分布均匀.电沉积铬以后粗糙度主要集中在2 ~4 μm,金属表面在镀铬后表面具有较好的硬度和比较理想的粗糙度.
