对自制烯丙基双酚A改性双马树脂(BMI/O,O′-DPA)中高温和受冲击时的拉伸和压缩力学性能进行了实验研究,结果表明,材料在中高温时存在50 ℃和95 ℃两个转化温度,该材料具有较好的中高温力学性能和承压能力、抗压缩冲击韧性,其拉伸和压缩力学性能相差较大。给出了材料计及应变压缩本构方程。
The study of bismaleimide′s property is very active now. In this paper, the tensile mechanical properties of bismaleimide modified by O,O′-dially phen A(BMI/O,O′-DPA) at middle-high temperature and low-rate-loading and its compression mechanical properties at low-rate loading are experimented on. The results show that the material has better mechanical properties at middle-high temperature and compression-impact-resistance toughness relatively. And it has two transforming temperatures, 50 ℃ and 95 ℃ approximately. The compression constitutive equation related to strain-rate for it is derived. The study may be actually useful in engineering, for the improvement of material properties and the further theory studies.
