综述了低介微波陶瓷中MgTiO3-CaTiO3系、Ba(X,Y)O3系、AWO4系、Zr2SiO4系材料的最新研究进展,总结了添加剂对低介微波介质陶瓷的烧成及介电性能的影响.对低介微波陶瓷的不足和今后的发展方向进行了展望.
