对碳化硅纤维(SiCf)增强陶瓷基复合材料(CMCs)的研究现状与进展作了较系统的论述.讨论了SiCf增强CMCs的界面层作用,热膨胀系数不匹配对材料的影响,高温抗蠕变抗疲劳性能以及抗氧化性能等.最后指出了SiCf增强CMCs作为高温结构陶瓷材料的研究方向以及尚等解决的问题.
