以钒尾矿作为吸附剂,研究了钒尾矿对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。考察了钒尾矿的目数和用量、吸附时间、Cr(Ⅵ)的初始浓度对吸附性能的影响。探索了钒尾矿吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的热力学特性。试验结果表明,吸附的最佳条件是:当钒尾矿目数为120,吸附时间为36h,钒尾矿用量9g,Cr(Ⅵ)溶液浓度60mg·L-1;钒尾矿对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温方程。

The vanadium tailing was used as carrier to adsorb Cr(Ⅵ) from aqueous solution. The effect of mesh number and dosage of tailing,reaction time,the initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) on adsorption capacity of tailing was studied,the thermodynamic model of adsorption behavior was also explored. The results showed that the proper ad-sorption conditions of vanadium tailing was optimized:mesh number was 120,adsorption time was 36h,dosage of tailing was 9g,the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) was 60mg·L-1 ,the adsorption behavior of Cr(Ⅵ) by vanadiumtailing followed Freundlich isotherm models well.
