停留时间分布(RTD)对聚合物反应挤出加工具有重要的影响.介绍了经典理想模型的基本原理和对螺杆不同部位模型选择的原则,深入分析在此基础上提出的一些新的模型.从单螺杆的简单几何模型到双螺杆的复杂模型,综述了数值模拟在RTD方面应用,阐述了其难点和优势.最后比较了反应器流动模型和数值模拟的优缺点,指出二者的结合将是以后研究的重点.
