在430不锈铜表面制备了1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷(PFDS)自组装膜.通过分析傅里叶变换红外光谱、接触角、极化曲线和交流阻抗谱、在三氯化铁溶液中的腐蚀形貌,研究了PFDS自组装膜的吸附及其对不锈钢电极的缓蚀作用.结果表明:组装时间为2h时,PFDS膜表现出较好的抗腐蚀性,150℃固化1h后,自组装膜具有更优异的抗腐蚀性能.
