综述了轧辊发展历程和目前国内外轧辊研究和应用现状。随着中国中低档次及常规轧辊需求不断减少,高性能、高品质轧辊的需求量逐步增大,中国轧辊制造业已面临必须加快结构调整、加速结构优化的紧迫要求。重点介绍了高速钢(HSS)复合轧辊制造技术研究进展及面临的技术问题;根据近年喷射成形技术创新及发展,提出采用改进型喷射成形技术是制备复合轧辊的重要方向;阐述了喷射成形制备高速钢复合轧辊关键技术与装置、工艺优化、试验方法以及关键技术问题的解决途径,提出大力加强喷射成形高速钢复合轧辊制备研究非常必要。

The development history and current research application status of the rolls all over the world was re- viewed. With decrease of quantity demanded in low-level and conventional rolls and increase of quantity demanded in high-performance and high quality rolls, china roll manufactures had to accelerate structural adjustment and op- timization. The research progress and technological problems of HSS composite roll manufacturing technology was introduced. According to recent innovation and development in spray forming technology, it was a important direc- tion to use modified spray forming technology in preparation of composite rolls. The key technologies, equip- ments, processes, test methods of spray forming composite rolls and how to solve the related technical problems were expounded. It is very necessary to make great efforts to research spray forming HSS composite rolls in the future.
