将商业用交联聚乙烯在150℃下ASTM Ⅱ类老化箱内进行老化试验,用热失重分析仪研究了TG快速热寿命评估方法与实际老化过程中的联系。结果表明:寿命终止时的交联聚乙烯在空气氛围中第一阶段的热降解行为比较接近于实际运行中的老化过程。交联聚乙烯在150℃下的热老化终止寿命接近336 h,老化活化能为114.25 kJ/mol,通过热老化寿命公式得到交联聚乙烯在工作温度70℃下的使用寿命大概为74年,比较接近实际应用值。
Commercial cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) was thermal aged in ASTM Ⅱ oven under 150℃, and the relationship between TG rapid evaluation method of thermal life and actual thermal ag-ing process was studied. The results show that the first stage decomposition process of the XLPE reach-ing the end life is close to the actual thermal aging process. The thermal aging end life of the XLPE at 150℃ is 336 h, and the activation energy is 114.25 kJ/mol. The service life of the XLPE at the working temperature of 70℃ is 74 year obtained by Arrhenius equation, which is close to the applied value.
