以质量比3∶1的HF/H2 SO4混合液作为腐蚀液,研究酸腐蚀对化学强化铝硅酸盐玻璃表面润湿性的影响。采用接触角测量仪研究酸腐蚀前后玻璃空气面、锡面润湿性的变化,采用原子力显微镜、X射线光电子能谱分析造成润湿性变化的原因。结果表明:玻璃表面水接触角随酸腐蚀时间的延长先增大,后减小,在腐蚀7 min时达到最大值,主要原因在于玻璃表面粗糙度和氟元素含量的变化;玻璃锡面水接触角在酸腐蚀过程中一直大于空气面,这是由于锡面含有的锡离子极化率大,有降低表面能的作用导致的。
