选取不同转化率下无乳化剂乳液聚合制得的聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行凝胶纺丝,经相同后处理工艺处理后,得到两种纤维,光学显微镜下观察到低转化率下制得的纤维有横纹,高转化率下的无横纹.采用纤维强伸仪、偏光显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射及差示扫描量热(DSC)对纤维力学性能、表面形貌和内部结构进行分析,结果表明,两种纤维都具有较高的力学性能,内部较致密,横纹纤维较无横纹纤维结晶度高,表面较光滑.理论推测横纹由拉伸过程中形成的柱晶结构引起.
The poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA), obtained by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization of PVAc with different conversions, was spun via a gel-spinning method. Two kinds of fibers were obtained after the same post-treatment condition, one with cross-striation on the surface and the other not, observed by optical microscope. The surfaces and structures of them were analyzed using fiber tensile tester, polarized microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Results show that both fibers have good mechanical performance and compact inner structure. The cross-striation fiber has higher crystalline degree and smoother surface than non-cross-striation fiber. It is speculated that column crystal is formed during the tensile process and cause the cross-striation.
