文章介绍了唐钢第二钢轧厂硬线钢生产工艺，通过采取提高钢水的Mn/Si、钢水钙处理、LF炉精炼结束后软吹氩搅拌等工艺技术措施有效的解决了去年三月份以来浇注硬线钢时出现的水口结瘤问题，改善了钢水的可浇性，保证了钢水的正常浇注，并且得到了优质的铸坯。
The article discusses hard-line steel’s production technology in the NO.2 Steel Roll Factory of Tang Steel. Through taking some measures such as increasing content of Mn/Si in molten steel, molten steel’s calcium-treament, low soft argon gas mixing after LF Furnace finishing refining, etc, the clogging problem which has appeared since last March when casting hard-line steel is resolved. It also improves the molten steel’s castability, ensures molten steel’s normal casting and gets high quality casting blank.
