采用化学镀法,以镀液循环的方式在多孔A12O3陶瓷管内表面制备了钯膜.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对钯膜的形貌结构进行了表征,研究了蠕动泵转数对钯膜沉积的影响,并考察了钯膜在350 ~ 500℃之间的透氢性能.结果表明,随着蠕动泵转数增加,钯沉积量和致密性提高,然而当蠕动泵转数过快(如45 r/min)时,钯膜产生缺陷,转数为30 r/min时较适宜.随着温度和渗透压力的升高,H2的渗透通量增加,当温度为500℃、渗透压力为1×105 Pa时,H2的渗透通量为0.24 mol/(m2·s),理想气体分离因子α(H2/N2)为480.
